I represent individuals and families in probate, estate administration, guardianship, conservatorship proceedings, and estate litigation in New York and Connecticut. My practice is focused on matters involving court supervision, fiduciary responsibility, and complex family or legal circumstances.
In addition to representing private clients, I am regularly appointed by Surrogate’s Courts and Probate Courts in estate and guardianship matters, including contested and sensitive proceedings.
These matters require careful judgment, thorough preparation, and strict adherence to court requirements.
Clients work directly with me from the initial consultation through court appearances and resolution. I do not delegate legal work to associates, which allows for consistency, close oversight, and informed decision-making throughout the matter.
I am fluent in Spanish and am able to represent Spanish-speaking clients directly, without the need for an interpreter.
Offices are located in Mamaroneck, New York and Stamford, Connecticut. When appropriate, meetings may also be conducted by telephone or video conference.
